SHIPPING CHARGES FOR YOUR ORDER
GROUND SHIPPING: Continental U.S. (48 States) A minimum of $7.95 or 15% to 20% of order total
depending on shipping location, size and weight. Normal delivery time is 5-10 business days. *Items
marked as "May require additional freight charge", require special packing and handling. If the
shipping is over 20%, we will let you know "before" we process the order. (Shipping to a PO Box will be
about 30% of order total due to the recent increase in USPS shipping rates)
ALASKA & HAWAII: Minimum of $20.00 or about 65% of total. Delivery time 5-7 business days. This
includes Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico as well as US military APOs FPOs.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING OFFER: We now offer free domestic ground shipping for orders over
$1000.00. Delivery time is 7-10 business days. (This offer is not available for residents living in Alaska,
Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.)
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Minimum of $28.95 or about 90% of total. Estimated delivery is 1-2 business
days after the order is processed.
RUSH 2-DAY SHIPPING: Minimum of $22.95 or about 65% of total. Estimated delivery time 3 business
days after order is processed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: No International shipping is provided at this time. We do not ship outside of
the USA.
Return Policy:
TEN DAY RETURN POLICY: Should any item not meet your expectations, you may return it to the
address on the packing slip within 10 days of receipt for a prompt exchange or refund.* Refund is
minus shipping charges as this is considered a used service. At our sole discretion, we may apply a
20% restocking fee on any item returned for a refund. Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us,
and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer for replacements. (Items returned after 10
days will be charged a 30% restocking fee)
BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITMES: Please contact within 3 business days of receipt and we will give you
special instructions for getting your replacement(s).
EXCLUSIONS: * Body Jewelry, Intimate Apparel and Personal Intimate items are non returnable
unless unopened and still in sealed, manufacturers package. Volume Discounted orders will be
charged a 30% restocking fee for orders under $800.00 and a 35% restocking fee for orders over
$800.00.
AVOID RETURN PACKAGES: In the event a package is returned to our warehouse, due to refusal, not
available after 3rd attempt or buyer providing the wrong address, buyer will be responsible for all
shipping charges incurred in addition to a 25% to 35% restocking fee. To help avoid returns, please
make sure you have given us your correct address and phone number so you may be contacted if
there is a problem delivering your package.

# What is your Out of Stock Policy?
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate
throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are
constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of
Stock", we will subtract it from you order. We do not place back orders and will not charge your credit
card for out of stock items. We will however, let you know an approximate date the item is expected
back in stock and ask you to reorder at that time. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it
will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We
first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to
call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and
phone number.

# What is your order Cancellation Policy?
Once an order is placed on our website, it goes directly to the warehouse for fulfillment. Therefore,
once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. You will be able to return the items for a refund minus
shipping charges. Please email us at suzisrockpage@sbcglobal.net or to let us know you will be
returning the unopened boxes/items for a refund.
What payment do you accept.? We accept Personal checks , Money Orders, All Major credit cards
through Paypal. Sorry No C.O.D.'s . Personal checks will be held until they are cleared and no shipment
